Rattan Trays

by Ms Roula | A Serial Blogger

Decorating a house is not as an easy task as it may sound and it is always the small details that make a difference. Why? Because they’re the ones to add character and charm that elevate a space to a home. When I moved to my apartment, the hardest part was adding details that would not make the house look cluttered and at the same time not spend too much on decor pieces especially since I was trying to save for a sofa.

I did let myself however, indulge in some pleasures especially ones made of rattan because I think rattan decor pieces are very stylish for two main reasons: firstly, their natural earthy aesthetic can add warmth and texture to the room and secondly because they have a unique look that feels really elegant.

Among all the rattan decor items I have there are two rattan trays as well. A rectangular one on the kitchen table that holds dinner essentials and a round one on my living room coffee table loaded with candles and a diffuser.

Whenever I post photos that include my round rattan tray on Instagram (the one in my kitchen hasn’t had its 15 minutes of fame yet) I get so many questions about it. It seems though that HnM has discontinued that particular model and I decided to scour the internet for some similar ones or the ones I would buy today if I didn’t own two already!

So, here are 11 rattan trays I absolutely love!

1. Large round rattan tray 2. Round rattan woven tray 3. Decorative bamboo tray 4. Woven natural basket 5. Ratttan woven serving tray 6. Rattan round tray with handles 7. Rattan serving tray 8. Bohemian handwoven rattan tray
9. Wooden rattan rectangular cane tray 10. Rectangular tray with handles (the one I have on my kitchen table) 11. Tray with rattan base

What do you think? Are you ready to add rattan trays in your house and bring a natural organic feel to it? Tell me in the comment area!
